Organising
It is important when you have lots of assets to organise them logically for the obvious reason of making it easier to find what you are looking for when you need it.Charity:/Advance allows you to move one or more files at the same time to a new folder.
You can also create you own folders to match your files. For example if you were creating a news letter, you could create a folder called 'May 2007 News Letter' and upload all you related assets in there.
There is no limit to the number of folders you can create.
